The Masters of Emotion

Episode-81-The Masters of Emotion

When I work with leaders around the world, one thing that fascinates me is that so many think once they’re a 6 or 7-figure earner, they don’t have any emotional drama. They think that money takes care of everything. But mastering your emotions is one of the most important topics to deal with.

I had to deal with emotional mastery myself, and I help leaders from around the world deal with it. It’s the thing that I see stop most people from reaching their full potential. Most of the issues come from old programming from when we were kids. You feel unworthy, undeserving, incapable, etc. Maybe you feel guilty because you’re making more money than your family or weren’t able to get that person on your team to step into their full potential. You feel anxious because you’re comparing yourself to somebody that you feel is growing faster. You’re fearful that you’re going to lose something that you gained.

Or perhaps you have to learn how to deal with the fact that you’re making money. That was a big issue for me. I thought I had gotten over my self-worth issues because I was earning money. But those self-worth issues manifested in my life because I always found a way to lose the money, stay broke, and stay behind on taxes. No matter how much I made, I found a way to stay in crisis.

It wasn’t until I became aware that I stayed in crisis mode because I was comfortable in it that I knew I needed to change. The anxiety made me feel like a normal person. But the anxiety also kept me from the next level of growth in my business and my life.

So, learning how to manage all of these emotions and reprogram your mind for higher levels of success is really important. There is an Elon Musk, a Steve Jobs, and a Bill Gates out there in Network Marketing watching this video right now. There is somebody who is going to blow past everybody because they have managed, harnessed, and focused their emotions towards an objective.
